Does he know how to take care of himself physically, mentally and morally so that he can develop into the finest person he has a possibility to become May we live well here in school, appreciate the good and beautiful, and gain for ourselves that which will make each of us a better, more interesting and more useful person. F00'l'llALL The Dragons, by compiling a 6-2 season's record, had their most successful season since 1939. This record was good for a 3rd, place finish in a highly contested M, K. L. Football season, The title was at stake in the final game with Inman, Although the Dragon's led statistically in every department the score gave Inman the title 7-6. This game saw ten Seniors get in their final licks as Dragon footballersg Don Dick, Daryl Dielman, Bob Foster, Jerry Hill, Dean McWilliams, Jack Powell, Gene Ropp, Harold Toevs, Carl Truitt and Ted Wright. Many boys will long be remembered for their sterling preformances this past season, but one will stand out, as attributed by the fact that he was chosen on the All- State squad. Harold Toevs was a great player and a field general, Highlights of the season included the opening win over Sedgwick on their home field, the Dad's night win over Haven and the Homecoming win over Burrton.
