Juniors throughout the state who meet certain standards of leadership attend lectures on various procedures of government. The opportunities for the practical application of these forms of government were given by forming towns, counties, and a state, by campaigning, and holding elections. Recreational activities included basketball, tennis, ping-pong, volleyball and softball. Tours and special events were held. The delegates ate together in a large dining room and stayed in dormitory rooms. It truly was a thrilling and memorable occasion. Gail Johnson C V. 5172631 B Joh . nson 5'
