To an outsider, yes, this is just another building - but to the students of Hallettsville High School it means much, much more. The friends made here, the achieve- ments won, the disappointments suffered Qbut wisdom gainedy, and knowledge acquired here have made H.H. S. a very special building. It would be hard to forget the crowded halls. . .the hours wasted during study hall. . . the assemblies. . .the excitement of a close game. . . the bumpy bus rides . . . cramming for tests. . . the mad scramble for the door. . . And so, here is your book. We hope you will remember H.H.S. by it. ln future years, it will serve as a record to recapture in memory the spirit of the fun and work you knew, and the friends you made and kept here in our Alma Mater. .
