Jum Trogllo crowns Edle Relnsch Queen The Homecoming Dance Followung the Hall Hirsch football game on November l6 1952 the Home coming Dance was held In the Hall gymnasuum This gala BHBII' was sponsored by the Glrls Athlettc Assoclatlon The kung and queen chosen from the senzor class were Jam Trogluo and Edle Relnsch Two attendants were chosen from each of the remaunlng classes From the lunlor class were Geraldine Petzel and Dale Ptenta the sophomore class Effie Buck and Harry Leggett the freshman class Sharon BuFFo and Rlchard May Seated upon theur thrones the kung was crowned by Coach Rnchard Nestt and given a crown of red and white carnatnons these the kung placed upon the head ofthe queen Each attendant was presented a corsage or a boutonnlere of red and white carnations Muss Shirley Donnelly G A A Sponsor then proceeded to lead them around the gym un the Grand March as the dance began Page seventeen l 11 - I I - . , . . . 1 1 1 1 1 1 - 1 1 . , . . . , - 11 11

Page snxteen A victorious tearn accepts the champuonshlp trophy Big Four Champions It was durvng the Bug Four tournament that the Hall basketball team reached the hugh polnt of efficiency during the season Soundly defeatlng Walnut and then Princeton the Hall men went drlvung onward to roll over the Llttle Glants from DePue to take home the trophy The new scornng record for the tournament was establrshed by Hall during the Walnut game Good all around team play wlth an unfaulterlng determmatlon to wnn brought the team to thenr first Bug Four Champnonshlp In the Prlnceton gym on January 25 1952 u - n ' 11 I 11 - . u r 1 . ,, . ,, . . . . , .
