BAND The band students worked hard the first of the year to perform their first concert of the year Dec. 7. Plans got under way with new music to learn for the Music Boosters Chili Supper in Feb. Then came Music in our Schools Week in April and a concert for the student body. We pre- pared three more songs for the All-District Band Concert at the end of April. OC L MUSIC 'o 4 N -V... The vocal music program is the larg est ever at H.M.J.H.S. Vocal music is for one semester with a program at Christmas and again in the spring. The band shares the program with us each year at the Civic Center. We combined our three choirs to have one very large choir C180 voicesj to do part of the music program.
