Faculty and Administration Hall High School and Little Rock are fortunate in having capable and dedicat- ed administrators and teachers. That they are capable is shown by the number of advanced degrees held in their respective fields. More than half of Hall's faculty members hold master's degrees, and many more have done graduate work. That they are dedicated is illustrated through the extremely small number of admin- istrators and teachers who leave Hall and Little Rock for other positions. One of the major changes in Little Rock's school system occurred this year when Mr. Floyd W. Parsons became the new superintendent. Hall students and teach- ers welcome this change, not only be- cause we like Mr. Parsons, but also be- cause Mr. Terrell E. Powell returned to Hall as principal. Hall students are grateful for a facul- ty that does its best to provide a broad program of studies in an atmosphere of friendly respect.
