'Q HEAVY METAL The joy of finally getting a class ring, a symbol of hard work that goes with the pleasure ofearning it, seemed like a dream come true. Many sophomores bought their class rings during October and received them in the spring. Buying a class ring involved many difficult decisions. Among those decisions was deciding on the cut, the color, and the type of gold. A few sophomores did not get their ringsg but those who did buy their rings were very proud of them, for their rings symbolized hard work and memories. THE CLASS RING REPRESENTATIVES ARRIVAL signals that graduation may eventually become a reality. Joy Harrison knew that her ring would one day be a treasure of memories.
