MRS, AYERS GUIDES GIRLS Mrs. Ralph Ayers, a graduate of West Texas State holds the Smith Hughes certificate which qualifies her to head the Homemaking Depart. This is her second year as successful ad- visor to girls who desire to pre pare themselves for making better hom e s for the future. The Homemaking d e p a r t m e n t is well equipped with modern appliances, machines, silver, china and the nec- e s sar y things to teach girls how to manage the modern home of tomorrow. The year's work is highlighted by a style show in which girls model the garments which they have made. Their ability to cook is demonstrated at ban- quets and dinners. gc Barbara Lewis, at left is president of the F.H. A. club. She is a senior and a fourth year student of homemaking.
