PARENTS' CLUB Mr. and Mrs. Rayburn Karrh at the Parent's Club Banquet. Mrs. Karrh, President of the Club, has served since 1953. Other officers are: Mrs. F.F. McBeth, vice-pres- ident, Mrs. John Trimmier-junior secretary-treasurer. The A nnual Staff deems it a privilege to present this page to the Parent's Club whose efforts have made possible the purchase of many useful and badly needed things for the schools. The annual club banquet is a means to raise money and to bring a timely m e s s ag e to the parents through a good speaker. Sale of Christmas cards, Benefit Forty-two, Book Reviews and other projects are made to raise money to pur c has e such things as have already been placed in our school such as: Ill A new piano 121 A Reading Room for the Grade Schooli3l New Library Books and Magazines each year. 14, Grass on the Gr ade School lawn and an irrigation system for it Q55 A Speaker System for the Auditorium 161 A Portable Organ for the Grades Q71 Curtains, China, and Si lve r for the Home- making Department. The large crowds present at the Annual Pa1'ent's Club Ban- quet is indicative of the hearty coopera- tion of the parents of this community to support the club in its efforts to help build a better school system for their sons and daughters.
