SCHCCL BOARD To the Board of Trustees of the Hale Center Public Schools, we wish to pay tribute for their unselfish, untiring efforts in a never ending job of maintaining our public schools and in keeping the standards high so that it is comparable to any of its size. Here they are pi c tu r e d at a monthly board meeting with the Superintendent of schools, where they decide adm i ni s t r ativ e policies, legal actions about schoolbusiness, and rec- ommendation for money to be used for s c hool improvements. Here they solve the current problems of m e eting our needs and plan for the future a bigger and better school for girls and boys. Fannin Jackig Davis Student COUHCU Advisor Student Council President The Student Council, composed of the president and two students elected by each class and the Student Council President and four seniors who were members of the preceding year, directs many student activities during the year. One of their main projects is good assembly programs. They also raise money to buy as many badly-needed and hard-to-get things which can be used by the whole student body. Mr. Fannin advises the club, accompanies them on trips and guides them in school administrative problems which they can help solve.
