The Communications group is com- posed of radiomen, quartermasters, yeo- mcn and electronics technicians. All eourununications to and from the ship, be it a letter, a flashing light signal or ll radio message, are handled by men in the first three rating groups. The ET's are responsible for the maintenance of all electronics equipment aboard from the large radars to the smallest radio.
