margaret m. gill associate director Dear Class of 1973, It has been a privilege and a pleasure to share your senior year with you. I am sorry that I did not have the opportunity to know you longer. The nursing profession is fortunate, indeed, to have each and everyone of you. God bless you, Sincerely, JPU jastt ft.A Margaret M. Gill, R.N. Associate Director

mary e. schlosser R.N., M.S.N. director school of nursing Dear Lisa, Connie, Diane, Margie, Barbara, Renee, Fran, Roseann, Karen, Jean, Mary Ann, Colleen, Jocelyne, Valerie, April, Denny, Robin, Margie L., Theresa, Kathy, Sue, Mary Ann M., Mad, Lorraine, Becky, Jo Ann, Martha, Chris, Eileen, Tracy, Linda S., Maria, Marsha, Sharon, and Frank: In September, 1970 we said our first hello . Now, 1973 is here to usher in goodbye . I have watched your accomplishments with pride. And now I advise that you carve your destiny as graduate nurses early. Do not spend your future life expiating the mistakes of youth. Let each day contain equal parts of faith, patience, courage and work. Set yourself tasks that will continue to compel you to exert yourselves. As you seek employment, make certain to employ yourself in the continuance of doing good and mitigating the sorrow of others. In this way you will surely experience life ' s greatest joys through hope, fidelity, liberality, kindness and rest. Live your life that you may be known for two of its greatest virtues, namely courage and loyalty. Then you will learn where love should enter in so that those around you will recall only your energetic vim, your smiles, your joy. To reach the epitomy of success promise that you will fill all newly emerged paths from the storehouse of time with service rendered with quiet unselfishness and cheer- fulness. Then, procrastination will never rob you of life ' s greatest entity which is time! My love goes with you and my prayers that God will guide your actions as only He can. Au revoir Mary E. Schlosser, R.N. Director, School of Nursing
