To dedicate a book to someone, or something, signifies that they have in some way contributed to the writing of that book. This contribution may have been through en- couragement during the hours of toil. It may have been by sacrificing self gain and pleasure for the end result of seeing the writing completed, with the end gain being greater. This contribution might have included material substance, to make this great work possible. Surely it would have represented much love and patience in nur- turing the author as he grew in stature, and was thus ready to produce the final work. These things could not be said of very many people. One must consider carefully, to whom such a tribute may be given. In the writing of OUR STORY there is a group of persons, who have contributed thusly in making our training possible. It is with love and deep appreciation, therefore, that we dedi- cate this book to Our Parents.
