Compared with its strong Colonial Conference rivals, the team was relatively inexperienced having only eight lettermen, three of whom were retired from further play by injury early in the season. In their only victory of the year, the Haddons rolled to a smashing win over Audubon, 27-12. This regained for us the coveted Ted Cianfrani Memorial Trophy which is given annually to the winner of the Haddonfield-Audubon game. Ed Applegate was awarded the Kelchner Medal as the outstanding player of '51g and Frank Sciechitano, Don Higbee, and Tuck Carpenter gained berths on the all Group III team. With many returning lettermen, hopes are high for a strong team in '52. JUNIOR VARSITY F00'1'BAl.l. SCHEDl'l.E Muorvstown . Mercluintville Palmyra ., P2illlSlTUI'U .Allllllllflll VVumlh11ry .
