I COMMENCEMENT marks your entrance into a life of new activities. New friends, new dut.ies, and new interests in a kaleidoscopic world will replace the old. Economic and social conditions will appear complex, and fundamental ideals will at times seem futile and useless in coping with unfamiliar situations. Although these problems may seem insurmountable, they offer, in the light of successful scholastic attainment, an opportunity toward the furtherment of progress, both individual and social.
