FBLA FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA is the national organization for all high school students participating in business and office education. Marty Boudreaux was the State District IV Vice-President for the 1986-1987 school year. Hackberry FBLA hosted the thirty- second annual District IV FBLA Conference held on the McNeese State campus on Thursday, February 5, 1987. Approximately 1000 Students and advisors were in attendance. Six FBLA members attended the State leadership Conference held in Baton Rouge on March 15-17, 1987. Wesley Vaughan was elected State FBLA President and Marty Boudreaux placed in the top 10 of the state for the Richard D. Clanton memorial award. Amy Broussard participated in the Steno I contest. At right are the 1986-87 FBLA officers. They are Marty Boudreaux — President, Wesley Vaughan—Vice-President.
