ORGANIZATION Vven, the term is over and the old officers are leaving, hut they are leaving hehind the good Holdu G.0. office, which for some mysterious reason still has tour walls holding it up. Socially this term has heen a very happy one. The three dances held this term were successes and we wish the new officers a similar term. The graduating officers, President Vincent Del Borrello, Secretary Alhert Lelchulc, Vice president Diaz and Treasurer Angelo Cassaro bid Haaren a fond farewell. Pleasant memories go with them and the inspira- tion of Mr. VVeisenherg will long remain with us. Vvithout him there just couldngt have heen a like the one we have had this term.

LUNG, LUNG Straighten upl Fix your capl March with rhythml . . . These whis- pered last minute instructions coming from our teachers are not heard hy most ot us. For this is our night of nights and we are lost in the memo- ries of our days spent at Haaren. We recall our first year at Haaren. Vve, the hewildered little Fresh- menl How that title pierced our ears during that first year. We rememloer the day we aslced a lcindhearted senior where the Iunchroom was, and he answered in a very jovial tone, Hin the hasementf, After we found out we couldirt trust a senior, we worlced our heads olil, striving to hecome Sophomores. Our Sophomore year, a very memorahle onel Now it was our turn to confuse the Freshmen a little more than he already was. We learned what a Regents examination was. We heard the CLC. candidates plead- ing with us to vote for them. If we did, we would get dances every week. The girls would come hack. After we saw no sign of dances or girls, we decided to get out of high school as soon as possihle. So we struggled through the Sophomore year, to out at the end of the term we were now Juniors. Vvith just one more step away from heing Seniors we felt proud We had come this far. Vve went to our first Haaren dance at Julia Richman, or was it Vvashington Irving? Vvhat an imprint it left on our minds to see girls tremhling in the corner, while the hoys focused their green eyes
