FHA led an active life this year. At the beginning of the year they combined ef- forts with the Future Farmers of America, for the annual western hayride and dance. In October Mr. Robert Davis, Assistant Attorney General of Texas, was guest speaker at the installation of incoming officers. Before Christmas the club took cookies and cakes to Boys' City. Chapter Beaus of the three local clubs were honored at the Sweetheart Ball in February. This year the Ioy Chapter had the privilege of hostessing the Area X district meet- ing. Officers for next year were elected in April. S Club sponsors ard Mrs. Frances Jones and Mrs. Mary Light.
