Our Honor Society members have achieved excel- lence in scholarship, but that is not the sole quali- fication for membership. Throughout their high school career, these students have demonstrated ex- cellent character traits, have shown qualities of leadership, and have generously served the school. As a service to the school, this year the students have initiated a tutoring service for the purpose of aiding those boys and-, girls -.who need help in the various subject areas. As a Nservicev to the school, this group sponsors the MAll-Nicn-Broke Dancef' a social event which has always provided a pleasant evening for all who at- tended. Contributions to national mathematics publication and participation in mathe- matics contests are encouraged. and a journal is being prepared by these students. During the meetings discussion ranged from philosophy to chemistry to literature. In addition to these discussions every member did re- search on a topic of his own choosing. and then re- ported to the group on his Endings.
