THIRD ROW: Eileen Norton, Rita Schrumpf, Arlene Girls' Athletic Association Girls who have an interest in sports join the G.A.A. for some good wholesome fun and exercise. Field hockey, basketball, and volley ball teams are formed to compete with similar teams from other schools in the district. To raise money for a Field House for the school, the girls sold boxes of salted nuts, sold Pepsi at football and basket- ball games, held a Square Dance, and made money on their booth at the annual bazaar. Besides these fund raising activities, the picnic, a student faculty basketball game, an Awards Assembly, and a Playday in Girls' Sports were sponsored by the G.A.A. Advisor, Miss Marie Corrado , President, Sandy Leadermang Vice-President, Josephine Lo Monico, Recording Secretary, Denise Leschinskyg Corresponding Secretary, Jo-Ann Mu- grageg Treasurer, Joan Hermann, Historian, Claudia Lie- berman, Sergeant-at-Arms, Mary Spero.
