Senior High Chorus Although the chorus functions as a regular class, it often acts as a club and serves the school by giving concerts. For example, the Senior High section of the chorus serenaded the students in the classrooms at Christmas. The club is of great help to students interested in music as a career, as it teaches the members to sing in a group. ln this way the club stimulates teamwork. Chorus members learn not only of our great heritage of vocal music, but also put it to the use it was intended - to express the thoughts of men within the pleasant background of music. As a class, members can receive a full unit of credit. Next year, when the chorus meets five times a week, it will be called a Choir. The chorus plans a concert this spring, and it will sing at assemblies. There it is, the top per- forming group of the six Junior and Senior High School choruses. The group is well directed by Mrs. Wright. President: Linda Boses: Vice President: Dana Dodge, Treasurer: Patricia Lambrecht: Secretary: Kathryn LePore, Librarians: Janet Kaiser and Carol Brenner, Accompanisf: Andrew Strand. FL , .
