The Junior Twirlers are a precision group aim- ing at perfection in the art of twirling. This group might be called the farm team of the Varsity twirlers, as the more proficient twirlers are often brought up to varsity rank. It takes a great amount of patience and practice to become a twirler and the girls certainly deserve credit for their hard work, which is used to boost school spirit at varsity games. Advisor: Mrs. Bayer. Fans of active, fast-moving sports involving a great deal of skill need look no further than the Wrestling Club. This activity is concerned with teach- ing wrestling to interested students in Carey High, for their enjoyment. The wrestling devotees plan to visit wrestling matches in other schools.
