MIDDLE ROW: Shelley Taylor, Francoise Didier, Tonya Begley, Ronni McGuire, and Carolyn Spence. BOTTOM ROW: Darren Sowell, Brycie Matthews, and Deana Newell. I hope this annual will bring back many memories each time you look at it in the years to come. There were many happy moments we shared through this year and many sad times. But no matter how it went for you, I hope you can look back at the 1987 EL TIGRE and love every minute of it. SPECIAL THANKS GO TO: Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lobit for spending many hours trying to meet our deadlines with the pictures. Mr. and Mrs. Chip Newell for letting us use their home for our pictures. The School Board for supporting us and building an excellent school system. The Pub Staff for working so hard to put this annual together. Mr. Kevin Cunningham for being such a willing counselor to get tied up by our most daring seniors. Mr. Tom Quaid for being so patient with us. 4 ROBERT CONNER — MEMBER RICK SHAFFER — MEMBER DON WINTER — MEMBER As the school year began, it became Ray Kimsey's four- teenth year to serve on the school board. Mr. Kimsey's in- terest in the school system stems from his six children — three of whom are still in school. Mr. Kimsey and his wife Delores enjoy helping their children with various activities and projects including those in- volving their horses. Ranching is the business Mr. Kimsey is in- volved in and he is owner of Texas County Feed Yards, Inc. After serving as a board member for ten years, Wiley Campbell is still involved in the decision- making process for our school system. When he's not busy at R. G. Morgan Son, Mr. Camp- bell enjoys bowling and is an avid fisherman. As owner of Insurance Manage- ment Services, Robert Conner stays busy, but for six years he has found the time to serve the school system as a member of the board. He and his wife Joyce have two children. His hobbies include all sports and hunting. Joining the school board in February of 1985, Rick Shaffer quickly settled in. When Mr. Shaffer is not busy at his ac- counting firm, he enjoys hun- ting, all sports, and country music. He and his wife Fran have four children in the school system and are involved in their children's many sporting activities. When Don Winter has time away from his business. Winter Mud, he enjoys golfing and all sports. He and his wife Bonnie have two children who are GHS graduates. Mr. Winter has been a part of the school board since 1977.
