IN MEM ORIAM fm-J fy, A! To Mr. Roy T. Gallemore, our Vice-President, we leave to your memory this 1970 SEA GULL with our love and affection. Mr. Gallemore loved Gulf Park and Gulf Park loved him. In fact, it was while on a field trip for Gulf Park College, on October 19, 1969, that he was stricken with a fatal heart attack. While at Gulf Park, Mr. Gallemore rejuvenated the educational philosophy that in order to meet the challenges of the changing world of today, education should provide a woman with a strong incentive for academic achievement as well as the ability to progress in a dynamic society. The memory he leaves with students, faculty, and officials is that of a true friend. He lived his life so fully that it was good, accomplished, and tempered with happiness. Death will not diminish the legacy of his life.
