In any school’s struggle for recognition and achievement, it is important that there be people who are capable, willing, and eager to meet and overcome the challenges that are always present. This past fall such a person came to G.T.I. to assume the duties and responsibilities of his new and important office. In his first year here he has met the challenges of his office capably, willingly, and eagerly, and knowing that he will continue to meet these challenges at G.T.I. for years to come we dedicate the 1968 Whispering Pines to our President, Dr. Luther R. Medlin. ADMINISTRATION and STAFF at G.T.I. A native of High Point, North Carolina, Dr. Luther R.
