Grapplers once again emerge victorious The Varsity wrestling team easily won the con- ference and the district after finishing with a winning season. Each of the matmen placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in the conference and in the district. But only Bob Weldon and Greg Mc- Intosh qualified for the sectional. Weldon took 2nd place in the sectional and 7th in the state while Mclntosh finished 5th in the sectional. Mark Boettner, Lee Nalewanski, Mclntosh, and Weldon led the team through the season and each won 20 or more matches. Rounding off the team were Dan Dalziel, Joel Dryer, Kelly Moore, Dirk Pittman, Joe Bohe, and Steve Bunk. UPPER: Bob Weldon overpowers another opponent on his way to the state meet.
