Made an Active Year for the Band In addition to hosting the Fifth Annual Band Festival, the band played at all home football and basketball games, two parades, and many assemblies throughout the year. The Spring Concert and Commencement were the I band's two major concert appearances. Many band mem- bers also participated in the Guilford production of The Music Man. The stage band and woodwind ensemble made appearances at various county schools and pro- vided additional musical outlets to interested band mem- bers.
