Q The faculty has an immense joh at Cuilderland. They have to cul- tivate the mind of each individual-hecause each individual requires a different attitude. The faculty at Cuilderland come from various backgrounds, hut all of them have a thing in common-a desire to help and instruct. They are guided hy their enthusiasm for their joh. It is this one important unique element that raises Cuilderland's cur- riculum so high. The teachers and administrators add a touch of imagination and life to the courses offered at Cuilderland. Cuilderland is lucky to he ahlc to offer a numher of very interesting and different courses aside from the required ones. Extra courses in all departments allow for the individual development of each student. The knowledge is at their fingertips, hut it is the faculty's individual interpretation of this knowledge that makes the whole prospect of education so exciting and alive 7 PE Hav
