... anyone who comes to school dressed like this, wishing he was in college or already rich, more likely the latter, This person can be found wearing docksiders (not the cheap ones), khakis, oxford cloth button down, Shetland sweater, and a knit tie. He will additionally be carrying a large quantity of books, fhe fitles of which he can scarcely read. Finally he will posses whaf he considers an air of intelligence. He is always looking toward the Northeast, the home of the Ivy ' s, unless his girlfriend is sfanding in thaf direction wearing her pink and green flourescent sweater. ... someone who comes to school dressed like this, already knowing he won ' t do much work in class. How can he work in class without any books? There are additional characteristics of fhe studenf who doesn ' f wanf fo be a studenf, He wears torn faded jeans, a rock fee shirt (in this case The Grateful Dead ), and the multipurpose jeans jacket. Don ' t be fooled by fhe jeans jacket everybody has had one of those at sometime. The real give away is the proud atti¬ tude, I been at Groveton four years and I ain ' t never done any homework. ... anyone who comes to school dressed like this. He has starred in at least three Varsity sports. For those who haven ' t played three Varsity sports, however, there are a few ways to fool most onlookers. First, he wears cleats, baseball socks, soccer sweat pants, a football jersey with pads, and a letter- man ' s jacket every day. One last aspect; he looks at everyone as though he could body slam them without straining himself. 27
