Uhe Qnowinq, Stnuctune The architect’s conception of our Groveton High School when it is completed. After the architect presented this drawing, ground was broken October 25, 1954 and the building began to take form. The inside structure was com¬ pleted June 22, 1956 and opened for school the following Back view, looking South from the gym. 1 he main entrance under construction—What a contrast from now! September. The new wing was started October 25, 1956 and continues to be under construction. Thus, the building, itself, continues to grow and a tour of the magnificent structure follows. Gtn The construction of the Gymnasium begins. Mr. Chesley and Mr. Phipps observe with interest the new- t wing. 15
