M ♦ 0 JJ Australians Play It Too! Early in January an Austalian basket- ball team made Cleveland High School one of their stops during their tour of the U.S. Cavalier basketball players offered their homes for the five days that the Australians were here. On the night of January 5th, the Austalians showed Cleveland fans some basketball-Aus- tralian style! Basketball may be basketball world round, but our Cavaliers played a tough- er game, defeating the Australians 69 pts. to 34 pts. Apparently, to win a bas- ketball game, you need more than just a cute accent! ImSr • 1 i 2

R»RlfiEBftlBB fREEIEH Cleveland High: c o Spirit Week Cleveland ' s student body finally had the chance to see senior Cavaliers as they ' ve always wanted to — boxed up! During that insane period of time, known as Spirit Week, seniors were able to let their inhibi- tions run wild and raced blindly over the senior quad in refrigerator boxes. It was the first refrigerator box race held here at Cleveland and it was a great success! With relay teams of four, two at each end of the quad, the crazy contestants were to put the box over them, one at a time, and run to the other end of the quad to switch with the person waiting. With these people running all over the quad in different directions they ran into each other often with crazy results. ' ' ■ ' ■■ ' Mr i.-r i ' 23
