GROVER'S FIRST PRINCIPAL Charles A. Kennedy the first principal of Grover Cleveland High School, graduated from Old Central High School and from the Univer- sity of Buffalo School of Law. He came to Grover from East High School where he was assistant principal. He assumed the school's administra- tion in 1931 when it was opened as a high school and retired in l952. At the silver anni- versary assembly, he praised the teachers for their spirit and aggressiveness. His leadership set Grover on the right path. MR. CHARLES MONAN MR. PERRY C.
