Here the members, under Mr. Davidson's able guidance, learn to multiply, di- vide, and derive square roots quickly and cor- rectly by using the slide rule. This knowledge is especially valuable to those planning to attend an engineering school or planning a career as research chemist, aircraft engineer, or statisti- cian. ....CLUB PROJECTOR CLUB-This club operates smoothly and efficently under the guidance of Mr. Davidson, the staff director, and Miss Westfall, head of the Visual Aids Department. CHRISTMAS CANTATA l'he Wondrous Story by Richard Kountz was presented year by the Girls' Choruses and the Dramatic Club r the able direction of Mr. Weis and Mrs. Mugridge. the cantata was told the whole Christmas Story in :. First the Shepherd's Song -the flocks, the , and the Star of Bethlehem. We immediately recog- l the shepherds as John Aurelio, Lorenzo Gurreri, and ael Aronica. Next came The Angel Choirs , and 23 the command to Go Ye to Bethlehem . Anthony Genco, Raymond Durno, and Ronald Weinheimer, as the wise men, awed us by their dramatic speaking voices. Later came the impressive music of The Manger . We saw Patricia Trippe as Mary and Anthony Marzullo as Joseph. Lastly came the Christmas Dawn and the beautiful finale. Rosalie Andolina added to the program with her soprano solo, O Holy Night , and the entire student body heartily joined in the Christmas singing, which closed the assembly.

XCTIVITY FLOURISHES CAMERA CLUB-Under the direction of Miss Hall, the Camera Club set up a schedule of lectures, picture taking, discussion, and darkroom work. Because of limited working space, membership was closed at twelve, but by demand, a second junior group was organized. The two met on alter- nate weeks. :RESIDENT .........,.. ......
