Throughout the year the girls in this club knit various articles such as afghans to send to veterans' hospitals, and they also make scrapbooks for the bedridden. One of their chief projects this year was the packing of gift boxes with many useful articles for the needy children in Europe. Under the capable supervision of Mr.s. Joiner this club has kept up the fine tradition of the Red Cross. Mrs. Joiner, Adviser. These receptionists were posted at, strategic places in our halls and there was someone on duty every period. These students helped greatly in preventing confusion in the halls and they all deserve a vote of thanks. ' s 911. 1 Mr. Wilt, Adviser.
