Leah Lynn Kissick; Mr. Nial McCamey, Adviser; Julec Ann McCamey. Co-Editor GROVER STA RAND PINE KNOT. PINE KNOT Here it is the 1972 PINE KNOT backed by much effort and devotion. Time and cooperation are necessary in the selections of various caption, copy, pictures and the design for the overall book. Much of the time includes evening hours and Saturdays in producing such a book. Pictures are taken, developed, printed and reprinted for better production. Finally late in February the final page goes to the printer and the task is finished. Much of the book’s success is due to the direction of Mr. Nial McCamey, Adviser. Photographers: David Gregg and Terry Lawrence. Sandy Tunstall, Assistant GROVER STAR Editor; Bob McKee, Editorial Writer; Sandy Koi, Assistant GROVER STAR Editor. GROVER STAR The GROVER STAR is a paper written for the purpose of informing the GCHS students of the activities of the school community. The paper is published monthly and gives everyone a chance to catch up on the latest news through stories written by students themselves. Under the supervision of Mr. Nial McCamey, staff members have the opportunity to write, and learn basic rules of journalism and the newspaper business. This year the Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge awarded the George Washington Honor Medal for the editorial, “Unification” written by Lee Askham.
