Miss Clara McCarl; History-General Business Mrs. Helen Uber; History Miss Carol Williamson; History SOCIAL STUDIES A careful study of man's past experiences can provide an understanding of much of today's happenings. World History offers to the sophomores a study of the world of yesterday-its lands and peoples. The juniors study American History in order that they may understand and appreciate their own country's background. The problems of modem society and a study of the United States government are offered to the seniors in Problems of Democracy classes. The social studies program is one integrated to help the students to leam about the world and to make it a better place in which to live.

Miss Martha Hosak; Geometry BUSINESS A variety of business courses are offered at Grove City High School to prepare those students who are interested in a business career and also those who want to use business skills in their personal lives. Shorthand, clerical practice, office practice, sales and law, typing, and bookkeeping are offered to the students to train them in all aspects of business life.
