We have had ,ax one dance and brought in almost 570. Our Christmas party was held in the gym. Our next dance will be in February. The class trip has not been settled as yet, but we hope to go to some beach. Raising money is one of our main objectives, at this time, as our treasury is quite low.

The dance was proven to be a great success and a large profit was made. During the month of November we sponsored the Thanksgiving assembly and Rev. Calihan from West Groton was the guest speaker. Later in the year under the supervision of Mr. Har- graves the class had a skating party and a food sale, These proved to be a great success and a large profit was made at the food sale. Our first class meeting was elections of class officers and two Student Council members, Karen Law- rence and Bill Finan. Our first event of the year was the Thankgiving Assembly led by Bill Finan. David Irons won the school award for the highest sales in the an- nual magazine drive for the second year. We have plans for our first dance which we hope will be a great success. 1
