In pire Class of '78 With the help of their advisors, the Senior class officers provided many activities for the class of '78, which became one of the wealthiest classes ever. The ofhcers met every Thursday to discuss and plan activities. Motivated by the ofhcers the Senior Senate helped with various events. The start ofthe school year brought with it a busy schedule. For the Frosh Welcome Week, the Senior class held an ice cream social and gave free ice cream to the freshmen. During October for a community service, Senior students painted the bridge over the freeway. Next they held the traditional spaghetti dinner for the Back-to-School night. The Senior Dance took place in January. lVlarch brought with it the second annual Senior Follies. The donkeys proved to rule both the Seniors and the Faculty at the Donkey Basketball game. Baccalaureate was held in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Friends exchanged memories and tears during the annual signing party to conclude the 1978 school year i - i l QI'
