Injuries piled up first with bruises and cuts and later developed into brolcen bones to cripple the Grossmon' gridmen in the early part ot the season. Dropping their tirst game to the Compton Bullpups, the Foothillers toolr a loss ot 28-O. All ot their games were very close, especially the San Diego, l-loover, and the controversial Pasadena conted. Ken PatHson,a two-yearlederman, was the Bees' capable captain.
