RADAR PROPELLED The best preparation tor active citizenry in the tuture is the actual practice ot selt- government while we still have able and in- terested leaders. Student leaders have an ex- cllent record this year in getting wide parti- cipation in school government. 887, of the student body were A.S.B. members while all were encouraged to voice their opinions in the Foothill Echoes and Student Council meetings and take active part in school clubs and events. Charles Kent Although out of school tor part ot the year, our A.S.B. President, Kent, is responsible tor rnuch ot the hard work and good morale ot the Board ot Commissioners. The example ot his 'Frank and op- timistic manner ot tacing a ditticult situation has served as a lesson we will never forget. Charles Estrada Faced with one ot the most frequently criticized Student Body jobs, Chuck has been more than ade- quate in providing us with varied assemblies and dances. Alice Clark As the able Commissioner ot Finance, and the Chairman ot the Commission in the absence ot Chuck Kent, Alice Clark was a busy girl. She carried out her many duties cheerfully and etticiently. By her triendly spirit, Clarkie made it lots more fun tor everyone who worked with her.
