llminislratnrs Whenever difficulties arise, Mr. Lewis Smith, vice-principal for l943-I944, is the person to correct them. As vice-principal he has heard a thousand complaints and pleas to say nothing of the time-worn ex- cuses. Because of Mr. C. B. Quiclcsalls resignation, Mr. Smith has been elected to take over the duties of principal. The student body pledges its cooperation and wishes him good luclc in his new position. MR. RAYMOND L. REED Director of Counselling and Dean of Boys To Miss Ethel Prosser, Grossmont's kind and efficient Dean of Girls, goes the per- sonal thanlcs of every girl in school. Miss Prosser is always ready to stop and talk things over with any student or faculty member who needs a word of encourage- ment or advice. l-ler sense of humor and sympathy, plus the experience she has gained in her years service to the school, have made her one of the most respected and popular Dean of Girls in the state.
