EX LIBRIS THI T MMV or Ed fk tc HUcK shii 's FOREWORD It is the hope of us, the Seniors of 1941-42, that in this book some of the spirit of Groesbeck High School has been captured. If in this, the sixth volume of the TAOG, we have succeeded in depicting even a fraction of all that has happened during the past school year, we shall feel that we have succeeded in our endeavor to leave something for those who soon shall follow us. Sponsored by THE SENIOR CLASS GROESBECK HIGH SCHOOL GROESBECK, TEXAS Publisher Photographer THE STECK COMPANY C. K. HENINGTON Austin, Texas Wolfe City, Texas Loe DEDICATION To the Ex-Students and Faculty Members of Groesbeck High School who are now serving in the Nation's armed forces the Senior Class of 1941-42 takes pleasure in dedicating this book. By this small token we hope to show a measure of our gratitude for their undying devotion and heroic sacrifice during this critical period in our Nation's history. Although the great magnitude of our appreciation can never be shown, we humbly submit this as a token of our esteem for these heroic men and women.
