Here Director of Special Education Dr. John R. Peck tells the teachers how to help the unusual child. Winifred Louis Moore 1886-1954 Mr. W. L. Moore, born in Danville, Virginia, on January 16, 1886, was the machine shop instructor at Senior High School from January, 1944, to October 9, 1954, when his going suddenly left a great void in our midst.
