Unfortunately, we seemed to have set our pattern for the year by losing 5-1 , The 1969 Varsity baseball team had a slow start this year as they lost their first four games. The last three games, however, our team looked very hopeful as their pitching and hitting improved immensely. We gave the top teams a run for their money and still defeated West 8-O. Despite our season end effort, We took last place with one Win, five losses and a tie.
