Choir waives region accents, adopt cockney dialect Just you wait, ' Enry ' Iggins, just you wait! With this warning, Eliza Doolittle vowed to discard her cockney dialect and master the King ' s English. Faced with a similar predicament. Concert Choir members abandoned Calumet Region accents to adopt speech patterns of the common and the cultured Londoners for the spring musical, My Fair Lady.
