FOREWORD The Panther, our guiding motif, is a symbol of Griffith High School. It has been, whether consciously or unconsciously, like a guiding star pointing toward new horizons. As you turn through the pages of memories, leaf by leaf, at present or in the future, may the symbol of the Panther carry a thrill and a renewed feeling of loyalty to Griffith High School and the various activities in which you partici- pated.
