MASCOTS OF '54 jixnn NlCPHERSON ROSLYN RAE REID CLASS MOTTO Tonight We Launch, VVhere Shall We Anchor? CLASS COLORS CLASS FLOWER Red and White Red Carnation FX 'fb-. W I Dism- i- f ' -nn 'ei ? ? T NC- Y5 e-'r- its-4:-3 TONIGHT WE LAUNCH The music soft, then loud, stirs through the air, The class, with throbbing hearts, waits there, Then slowly starts the walk that ends the year. Tonight they launch, where will they go from here? They move silently, as thoughts fill each mind, Thoughts of twelve long years, now gone behind- Twelve years of working, waiting patiently From start to finish, now what will there be? Together now, in a moment they will part, Will memories grow dim, or still live in each heart, Will any Senior soon forget The trials, troubles, successes heis met? Many eyes blur as they move up the aisle For some hide tears behind their smileg But to all, this hour will be forever more A cherished memory to the Senior of 'fifty-four. -Peggy Davis f'X 'X ggfyffliwiw ,,,,-,,,,.. 1-' f e l Q-, :,,, 2 1
