1,8 When 380 men are aboard a ship hundreds of miles from land a need lor entertainment is at a high. Therefore, with the ard of Chaplain Lyons, Petty Offrber O'Callahan and various volunteers, closed circuit television was brought to the crew by the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service. The crew saw everything from Rhoda to Star Trek with movies and talk shows every night. And to keep the crew informed, news, weather and sports were aired after supper with news brought to us by teletype from the United S rates.
