Howard Mack, Superintendent Mr. Mack received his B.S. Degree in 1951 from Dickinson Slate College with a major in Physi- cal Education and Social Science. In 1964 he obtained his Masters Degree from Montana State University with a major in School Administra- tion and a minor in Social Studies. Winfred Smith, Principal and Social Studies Mr. Smith graduated from Minot State College in 1961 with a B.S. Degree. He majored in Social Science and minored in Physical Education. 4
