CLASS PROPHECY The huge blue and gold marquee above the entrance tells us that we are entering HHunt's Hilarious Housen-owned and operated by Sharon Hunt, a 1965 graduate of our Alma Mater, Greenwood Centralfmwwwm The first familiar face we see is that of George Tubbs. Mr. Tubbs resigned as head of the Tubbs Solar Research Eabor- atories in order to join his former pupils. Today, Mr. Tubbs is the only human being who can light up like a bulb by will- ing his mind to do so. we hope he doesn't blow a fuse! As our search begins, who should we see but Judy Whitsell, who invites us in a booming voice to visit the tent contaihing some of the most gruesome monsters on earth. Inside, we find the one and only Jack York. We should have known, since Jack always envied GodzilIaTMn3ack's companion proves to be our friend and fellow sufferer, Larry Dieterman. Larry actually doesn't belong here, as he is a snake-charmer by profession, but he stored his snakes in a pizza box and accidentally ate them. Today, he is keeping Jack amused. A young lady catches our eye as she races madly about. Astonished, we find that this is our own Irene Sky, who was asked to take Susan Edwards' place as the Human Cannonball. After all thesewyears, Susan forgot to show up for her perfor- mance. Irene's usual job is selling mCandied Apples.H On our left, we see the sleek, musclebound lady-killer who is actually Reed Lowrey. Those summers at the lake cer- tainly did wonders for Him, but he takes his job too serious- ly! Shirley Herrick makes the prettiest little fat lady you'd ever wish to see. She's such a HPeachH and the children love her. Under the big top, the well-known aerialist, Jayne Krusen, awaits the ascent of her brave partner, Gary Krusen. Hean- while, Gary is trying desperately to reach the rope which he must climb. Behind him, Lewis and Quinn, the death-defying auto-drivers rev up their'EEgTbes. Barb and Bev always were destined to make the headlines. Nearby-George McCaffery and Bill Meehan are preparing to crash into each other d5'their motorcycles. These boys are well-known for their ability to emerge with only a few scratches. ' After the shcw we see Gary Vanderhoef, who is leading his trained tigers. Gary has started a new fad by putting tiger wh kers on small cars. They tickle pedestrians to death! Upon passing the first aid station, we find our own Suzanne Kernan in charge. Suzie is well qualified for this job, as she HaE'EEven wild injuns of her own at home. Regretfully, we must leave, and as we do so, we see Sharon Q Hunt waiting to thank us for visiting her group. As 'good- byesn are said,we hope that soon we will get another glimpse of the only Three Ring Circus to graduate from G.C.S. is
